As the navigation function of portable devices such as smart phones is used more and more frequently, users have higher and higher requirements for power consumption of the devices. In order to meet the increasingly stringent performance and power consumption requirements, MEMSIC MMC5616WA has added 16 groups of FIFO data buffers while adhering to the excellent performance of AMR sensors such as high precision, low noise, and low temperature drift, which is beneficial to many applications. MMC5616WA adds support for I3C high-speed communication interface, the communication rate can reach up to 12.5MHz, and it is backward compatible with I²C interface. At the same time, it also supports as low as 1.2VIO interface voltage to meet the latest trend of IO voltage on various mainstream platforms.
MMC5616WA supports up to 2,000Hz data sampling rate, which not only calmly handles applications such as smartphones, smart bracelets and watches, but also fully meets applications that pursue high sampling rates such as drones and AR/VR.
