MC100E195FNG Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By utilizing the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V ensures reliable performance. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~85°C operating temperature. As configured, it has taps and steps of 128. At QUAD are the terminals. The system is equipped with 28 terminations for a unique configuration. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It is logically typed as ACTIVE DELAY LINE. It is developed based on the advanced ECL technology. A supply voltage of 4.2V is sufficient for it to operate. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.7V is acceptable. The combination of its NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V as well as its other specific characteristics makes it well suited to a variety of applications. It is part of the 100E series, which are some of the most important electronic devices.
