In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. There are 783 terminations totally. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.1V voltage supply. A 32-Bit architecture is used. 1GHz is the CPU's frequency. For information about 783 pins, please refer to the datasheet. This microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. An environment with a temperature higher than 105°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. An injection of 783 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. In this case, we have a CPU with only 1 core. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 1GHz.
